One platform to manage clients, services, teams and finance.
SF Method automates sales, bookings, packages, payments and coach settlements. At the same time, it helps clients complete weekly goals, see their progress and stay engaged with your brand.
Good morning, Marcin
Replace scattered tools with one connected system.
Scheduling, sales, packages, payments, client data and team settlements no longer operate in isolation. SF Method connects them in one workflow and keeps every record up to date.
Scheduling & booking
1:1 sessions, groups and open access. Rules, limits and attendance work as one.
Client progress & engagement
Profiles, weekly goals, visible progress and rankings help clients stay consistent and connected to your brand.
Sales & payments
Packages, subscriptions, receivables and online sales connected to real service delivery.
Team & settlements
Schedules, attendance, compensation and accountability without disconnected spreadsheets.
Facility access
Entry linked to the client, active service, payment status and location rules.
Management analytics
Revenue, occupancy, retention and service usage in a clear view of the entire business.
From sale to settlement — every step updates automatically.
A purchase activates the service, booking validates access, attendance updates the package and coach settlement, and the result reaches finance. Your team never has to move the same information between tools.

Every role works with the same up-to-date information while getting a view designed for their decisions and daily tasks.
Owner
Tracks sales, revenue, service usage, team performance and client engagement.
Coach
Sees the daily plan, client profiles, attendance, goal progress and the signals that call for action.
Client
Books services, completes weekly goals, follows progress and takes part in the ranking.
Clients see progress. Your brand stays part of their day.
Weekly goals turn a plan into clear actions. Visible progress and rankings support consistency, while a cohesive branded environment helps build loyalty and a sense of belonging.

Pay for scale. Not for unlocking features.
One plan gives you the entire platform. Each billing period is priced using the actual number of unique clients who used a service, so the monthly total can change as your organisation grows.
You do not need an exact number. Enter a reasonable estimate or a rounded figure — it is used only to prepare your initial forecast.
A client is counted at most once when they had valid service access, a purchase, a booking or a completed session during the period. Leads and inactive profiles do not increase your bill.
This is a live forecast. The final amount is calculated after the period closes from the actual number of unique clients who used services, so it can differ each month.
Enter your organisation details, confirm the forecast and save a card on Stripe’s secure page. After the pilot, billing adjusts automatically to actual usage.
